We come to your property
A useful shoot starts with a plan for what guests need to see. We discuss your site types, signature amenities, best views and the parts of the experience that are hard to explain in text. Then we plan the visit around access, lighting and your operating schedule.
Capture the details that help guests decide
Show the approach to the park, site spacing, hookup locations, recreation areas and facilities. A property tour can make the layout easier to understand, while a close-up of a clean bathhouse or shaded gathering space can answer a practical booking question. We represent the property honestly.

Professional photography for your website and marketing
Discuss this for your property →We capture property and amenity images suited to the pages where guests compare options. Wide views establish the setting; detailed images show what a stay includes. We discuss how the photos will be used so the shot list supports your website, Google Business Profile and other marketing.
Plan around real conditions
Prepare sites and facilities, confirm which areas can be photographed and coordinate any staff or guest appearances. We agree on permissions and avoid showing identifiable guests without appropriate consent. Weather and seasonal appearance can affect what we capture.
Aerial footage can help communicate the property layout, surrounding scenery and the relationship between sites and amenities. It can work well as part of a promotional video or a property overview when flying conditions and permissions allow.
Flights depend on the location
Drone operation is subject to airspace, applicable requirements, weather, safety and property permissions. We confirm feasibility before promising specific aerial shots. A drone shot is not guaranteed for every location or every day of a visit.
Promotional videos introduce the property. Walkthroughs and property tours help explain the stay. Amenity showcases highlight the pool, trails, waterfront or other features your park actually offers. Short-form videos give you focused clips for social sharing.
Make each asset serve a purpose
A broad property introduction and a short vertical clip answer different needs. Before filming, we agree on the intended channels, formats and deliverables. We do not promise a fixed number of edited videos, unlimited revisions or raw footage without discussing the scope.
Photography, video and drone services are $500 + travel. This is an optional service and is not part of the $299/month website and Local SEO package. Travel arrangements, shoot scope, editing deliverables and scheduling are agreed before booking the visit.

Do you travel nationwide?
Yes. We can travel to RV parks and campgrounds across the United States. Travel expenses and scheduling are discussed before the visit.
How much does it cost?
The service is $500 + travel. We confirm the production scope, deliverables and travel arrangements before scheduling.
Is this included in the $299/month package?
No. On-location photography, video and drone production are separately priced optional services.
What videos will we receive?
Possible projects include promotional video, property tours, amenity showcases and short social clips. The exact formats and number of edited assets are agreed before filming.
Can you film the whole property with a drone?
We review feasibility and permissions first. Airspace, safety, weather and operating requirements may limit or prevent flights or specific shots.
How should we prepare?
